Description: This term we have started swimming again. We looked back at our video and observed what we could work on. Then we made a goal.
The big idea: i want to achive my goal by swimming sports witch is, get my arms straighter in freestyle and my body.
This is a good goal for you Eli. I wonder if you could use more detail to make it a SMART goal? How will you measure that you have achieved your goal? What is is that you need to do with your body? Can you be more specific?
