Maths portfolio

 Description: we have been going to workshops and doing this task about rebel sports prices.

Here's my working 

On number four my working out didn't work so I did a number line.


Big idea:we have been learning strategy maths and we have used rounding and compancating  and all that type of strategy's.

Feedback/Feedford: I think you did a good job on using different strategies. But I think you could work on your hand writing. Taylor

Evaluation:I think I did good on my number line because it worked really well.and need i to work on my subtraction because I had to use addition. and I just need a stradagy that I can do in my head.

Just Like Me (tic tac toe activity)


Description:
My goal in reading is comprension and we have been learning how to comprehend and in comprehension we make connections like text to text text to self text to world and all that by text to self for an example if the was a book and you liked rugby and the character in the book like rugby that would be a text to self  connection.and I do text to self on my picture

Be descriptive

Big idea:to do a good drawing witch I have actchived because I didn't just put him I put a field to and rugby post.

I fell onto a mysterical Island with a humongous ferriswheel.There were skulls in the slippery seats.I started to get the shivers.i realised this was a bad idea.and tried to run but that didn't change me from freaking out.i felt like someone was chasing me but no.it was my little brother crawling behind me hahaha how did he creep me out?BOOM ahhh Damm that gave me a fright.oh it was just a dream the was my timer going of on my watch.ELI be quiet carter is sleeping. (carter is my baby brother)

CMIYC

  • Description:
    Every week we learn about skills and movement that will help us play sports. This term’s focus has been around defense. We made a video showing some of the goals we have been practicing. I have highlighted the thing I think I have done well YELLOW and one thing I would like to work on PINK.

    Body:
    WALT: Defensive skills and movements
    Success Criteria:
    Body Movement
    • Weight on balls of feet
    • Feet shoulder width apart
    • Knees flexedConcentration and eyes on ball, head and eyes up
    • Push hard off outside foot and go forwards to attack pass
    • Quick small feet, stay on balls of feeoot
    • Arms within confines of body
    • Take feet to ball
    • Land with a SBP
    Intercepting
    • Body angled to see player and ball
    • Anticipate pass and player movement
    Restrictive Marking
    • Meet player as they start towards the ball/where they want to go
    • stay close to the attacking player
    • Head and eyes up, arms close to body to avoid obstruction/contact
    • Angle body so attacking player is ‘pushed’ away from where he/she wants to go
    • 0.9m from ball carrier
