Questions for trouble some jones

Why do you think Damien changed his behaviour towards Greg? Because Damien has been in this possession

What do you think the author means by Mum having “other parts of her that were still battered and broken. Parts that couldn’t be stitched up”? Her heart was broken

Why do you think Dad changed his attitude to Greg’s wanting to paint when he saw him? Because his dad made him do nothing he wanted

Eli's Year Book Report Writing Drafts

Ricoh Tournement writing

On the 28th of August 2015, the Ricoh Tournament took place in Palmerston North. The Ricoh Tournament is a tournament that six schools in the Manawatu come together and play each other in sport. We have interviewed four people that played different sport at the Ricoh Tournament and represented Russell Street School. The people that were interviewed were asked a couple of questions and they sounded like they were very passionate about the sport they played. Russell Street School did very well and won two trophies! One for rugby and one for basketball. Sport is really easy to get addicted to and so easy to get passionate about. Cloverlea School did well because they were trained to use different techniques. Basketballer Maraki Aumua say it feels good to win over College Street School two times in a row. In basketball, Fraser Willcock was a very good sport and passed a lot. Hopefully next year Russell Street School will do as good as they did this year and hopefully get a couple more trophies.

Here is a photo of the rugby team who won

Inquiry

Description:in inquiry I choose to do impact project, we decided to clean out the road patrol cave out because all the road patrollers were scared of spider and all that.

It is helping the school because the road patrollers will be able to go into the shed and get the gear out easy.

We are thinking outside of the box because we used Tyers to make shelves

How did we accomplish our goal? We made it all tidy and the road patrollers aren't scared anymore

What was the most frustrating/ challenging part? When the group was having an argument and every was not working together we all have to say sorry.

What was my proudest moment? When we doug out the yuck dirt it looked way better!!.

Agency

I think I am a Self Managing  learner because I need to improve on being quiet so other people can learn.

The goal that I am currently working on is self managing

The things I need to do to achieve this goal is walk through poutama quietly and find a quiet with no blockers.

These are my goals that I need to work on!
