Drama portfolio sample

Description:  For drama this term with Rebecca, we did something caled 'hot seating.'  We had to choose a character, and then play the roll of it.  To do that we couldn't laugh and we had to tell their part true/not of the story.  We also acted in something we called 'You Can't Take Me'.  What we had to do was we got asked why can't I take you?"  and you had to think of 3 ways so that Rebeccah  couldn't take you, Why can't I take you?  and if you were a chair you could say You can't take me because you wouldn't be able to sit down!.

Big idea: to stay in focus when doing your roll. I liked it because it was funny 

Feedback/feedford:you did really well in this drama class. You could of shaped it more like a dog bed-zach g

Evaluation:I think I did well on describing to stay focus and I agree with Zach g

Writting portfolio sample

Description: this term in writing I have been learning about ideas with Rebecca. My goal in ideas is stick to the main points.

We had to make a story about this photo


Big idea:before we started writing we made a mountain plan to plan the  beginning problem and a resolution. We have to give the readers a clue.

As I heard the fart of the big fat cat coming. My friend just got killed so I sneaked to get the meat WAWAWAWA I'm sorry sorry lets get back to the story. So I carried the cage over with  a squeeze through the door way. Here he come finally it's not my e getting bulled it's you Loser!! I have finally caught you. See Ya I'm gonna get some lunch.


 When I was gone little mrs whiskers helped mr whiskers out of the cage but how my keys are in my feathers? Wait know there not AHH I must of dropped them Damn I thought I had him there. Hey bungee it your turn now... 
Hey hey mr whiskers why didn't the toilet paper cross the road ? Why, Because it got stuck in a crack.Hahahahahahahahahahahna hey wanna be friends with me? Sure your funny. Wanna get some lunch asked the bungee mr whiskers said no thanks. Ok see you in 20 minutes ok see you soon. 

So mr whiskers didn't really like bungee he was just acting. So the cage was all set up. 20 minutes later. Bang crash ha got you this time nah jokes wanna come out? Yes please ...


Feedback/feedford: I didn't really get the picture but great use of words and good ideas#jacobw

Evaluation: I think I did well on making it mysterious and funny. But could of made it more descriptive.

production

Description: Description: In Poutama on Fridays we have been focusing on wearable arts we had a taster of each of the teachers choice. Troys is Elements, Kate's is out of Africa, Rebecca's is Heroes and Villains. I chose Troy's Elements, there are different types that we could of picked, Earth,Wind ,and water, I chose Water.


This is the date that I'm done 16/9/15 this is what I have created 




1) The materials that I used to create my garment were: Carboard,milk bottle lids,paint,

2) The most challenging thing about production for me was: Finding things to Decarate my garment cause there is so much things to look through. 


3) One way I demonstrated a growth mindset during production was: I wanted to make a rain stick but after I panted and put tape on it the pin wouldn't go through the stick. I wanted to give up but I wanted a rain stick so I got some soft cardboard and now I have a rain stick.

4) Something I am really proud of about production was: finishing my garment with so much decarations on it.

5) Our school vision is to create agency, creativity and excellence. I showed this by: not going and buying things I up cycled like milk bottle lids.

Reading portfolio T3 2015

Description: in reading we had a choice to pick questioning or summarising and I picked sumarising  because I think I needed to work on it the most out of both of them. Summarising is say you read a story and you read and you want someone else to read a book you have read. You would get the main parts of the story and the keywords.

Task: the wasteman

The wasteman is made out of wood so I could be burnt down when is done the next day and it is a big person made out of rubbish and wood and chairs and tables and all that! I thought it was really cool and realistic because it's made of junk.

Big idea: I think this has helped me in my learning because when I want  someone to get a book or something like that I can tell them why and because it is so good.


Feedback/feedback: maybe next time you could add a little more detail.i like how you explained all about your goal. Max 

Evaluation: I think I did good on saying what wasteman was made out of. I think I need to work on putting more detail into it.
